Baxenden Therapy Hub
Baxenden Therapy Hub is more than a collection of therapy rooms. We are building a community — a space where people feel welcomed, supported and connected.
Our Vision
Baxenden Therapy Hub is more than a collection of therapy rooms. We are actively building a community — a space where individuals, families and professionals can connect, collaborate and support one another.
We actively welcome partnerships with local organisations, support groups, schools and community projects. Our vision is to create a hub where mental health conversations are encouraged, people feel less alone, and wellbeing is genuinely supported.
What's On
Regular workshops on topics including stress management, mindfulness, emotional regulation and neurodiversity — open to the community.
A growing range of peer support groups for parents, young people and adults navigating mental health challenges, ADHD, autism and more.
Community book clubs exploring themes of wellbeing, mental health, neurodiversity and personal growth in a relaxed, social setting.
Dedicated sessions for parents and carers, offering peer support, professional guidance and a space to share experiences.
Professional networking and collaboration events for therapists, assessors and wellbeing practitioners based at or connected to the hub.
Seasonal events and awareness days that bring the local community together to celebrate wellbeing and reduce stigma around mental health.
Local Partnerships
We actively seek and welcome partnerships with organisations, schools, charities and community projects that share our commitment to wellbeing, inclusion and mental health support across Lancashire.
Working with local schools to support pupils, staff and families with mental health, SEND and neurodiversity needs.
Partnering with local charities to extend the reach of wellbeing support throughout the community.
Collaborating with GPs, CAMHS and other healthcare services to provide joined-up support for those who need it most.
Supporting local businesses with workplace wellbeing, staff mental health and neurodiversity awareness.
