Zoe provides evidence-based therapeutic support for adults experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties. With a background as a Registered Mental Health Nurse and specialist experience in neurodevelopmental assessments, Zoe combines clinical expertise with a compassionate and person-centred approach.

Zoe is an experienced Mental Health Nurse with over ten years of practice across a wide range of mental health services, supporting adults with complex emotional, psychological and neurodevelopmental needs. Throughout her career, she has held a number of senior clinical roles, working within crisis services, secondary care mental health teams and specialist assessment services.

Her background includes extensive experience in mental health assessment, risk management, crisis intervention and therapeutic support. She has worked closely with individuals experiencing acute mental health difficulties, helping them navigate challenging periods while promoting recovery, resilience and long-term wellbeing.

Alongside her nursing career, Zoe specialises in the assessment and screening of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder in adults, having conducted comprehensive assessments and supported individuals through the diagnostic process. She is also a qualified Adult CBT Therapist, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches into all her work.
