Dave has over 20 years' experience in education and has supported individuals, schools and educational organisations both nationally and internationally. As Director of Nao Clarity Assessment & Training Centre, Dave provides specialist assessments, consultancy and inclusive education support for individuals, families and educational settings.

Driven by a belief that everyone has unique strengths, Dave works to identify barriers and create meaningful opportunities for people to flourish. He has a particular passion for supporting individuals whose difficulties have gone unrecognised or misunderstood, providing clarity through thorough, compassionate assessment.

Dave is also an accredited Irlen Method Practitioner and operates the Irlen Centre Lancashire from Baxenden Therapy Hub, offering Irlen screening, diagnostic assessments and precision spectral filters to individuals who may be experiencing the visual processing difficulties associated with Irlen Syndrome.
